About Your Job:

The Senior Web Designer is responsible for managing all the stages of design process from conceptualisation to design and coding of final designs. As the successful candidate for this role, you will design online marketing materials, specially e-newsletters and banners, as well as modify existing pages as per brand and style guidelines. The main objective is to maximise the internet as a key sales and communication channel.

You will ensure that all creative are kept up to date and is within the corporate guidelines for global use. You will design digital communications to pre and post purchase customers. You should be able to enjoy the challenge of tight deadlines and workload peaks, and be able to prioritise tasks and handle communication across multiple time zones.

You are responsible for maintaining the visual appearance and layout of the global and local website. You will create a design that will be attractive to the target audience, with all the required features that would increase the conversion rate.

About You:

You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Web Design or equivalent with at least 5 years of job related experience. You must have experience in designing best-in-class consumer-facing retail website. You must have experience in online marketing agency or Ecommerce department of a B2C retailer. Travel industry experience is preferred.

You must have a demonstrated knowledge of best practices for online sales promotions, ad creative's, CTA . You must be creative with the ability to contribute individually, and lead, manage or participate in cross-functional teams. You must hold a high level of confidence and outstanding attention to details. You must have excellent and demonstrable HTML, Flash, CSS and JavaScript skills. You must have solid understanding of user-cantered design principles.
