Purpose: Develop and Administer Monthly Flight Attendant schedules
Description:
· Generate and distribute monthly schedule reports
· Coordinate with Inflight department for training, meetings and line indoctrination requirements
· Provide bidding advice and strategies
· Work on teams and committees as required
· Able to work longer hours & weekends when necessary
Analyzing and testing scheduling software to ensure accuracy
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of scheduling experience required, preferably with Flight Crew
· Possess excellent knowledge of Sabre products
· Possess intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications
· Minimum 2 years of airline experience is required, preferably in an operational environment
· Possess a high degree of motivation and commitment to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic, changing environment
· Proven ability to multi-task during high stress situations with minimal supervision
· Must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload
· Proven ability to work under constant and strict deadline pressures
· Must possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills with the capability of establishing respect and credibility through actions
