COMPETENCIES:

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a telephone operator position preferably in a five star hotel environment.
• Basic knowledge of Hotel Business Operations
• Strong communication skills, enthusiastic and can manage to work in a busy environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft office application and Opera PMS
• Knowledge of additional language is an advantage.
