REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree qualified in HR or Organisational Development or equivalent
• Strong experience in luxury retail
• Ideally 2 years’ experience facilitating workshops
• Qualifications in Social Technology and Learning would be highly desirable
• Experience in design of digital content
• Experience in Coaching at various levels
• Influence, has a voice and confidence and looks to bring out others voice
• Energetic, flexible and positive under pressure.
