REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree level qualification in Architecture, Interior design or related subject;
• Willing to research and understand how stores are put together;
• Detailed-oriented;
• Excellent freehand sketching skill – the ability to communicate layouts, ideas and details through sketches;
• High level of computer literacy with knowledge of AutoCAD design software (vectorworks), good sketch, as well as ability to build a mood board with samples;
• Ideal software knowledge – Vectorworks, CS, Sketchup.
• Able to demonstrate an understanding of construction techniques, furniture detailing, understanding of mechanical systems and lighting;
• Proven retail design experience preferably some time with another Luxury brand;
• Excellent spoken and written English, with ability in other languages highly advantageous;
• Independent, self-motivated with strong analytical and planning skills;
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to build, develop and motivate teams of external consultants and contractors;
• Able to manage internal teams respectfully whilst being able to communicate needs and requirements.
