About your job:
You will assist in the general office duties, attaining timely and proper sorting and distribution of mail \ documents, replenish office supplies, photocopying and other routine functions as directed by the supervisor. This job involves local travelling to different offices for mails, you will provide refreshments and services to departmental staff and guests.
About you:
You will have a High School Qualification, a minimum of 2 years of job related experience is required or a minimum of one year in general office functions, preferably in a multinational organization. You will be also customer services oriented.
