About Your Job:

Being Security Training Instructor, you will develop and deliver regulatory aviation security training to the all Airways Deck Crews and Cabin Crew as well as QR integral and contracted security staff. You will be also responsible for the development and delivery of security awareness module for frontline the company's staff up to Management level that is relevant to respective work areas. You will recommend initiatives that will enhance the integration of a security culture throughout the Airways Group.

Subsequently, you will build and maintain contacts within the wider aviation security training industry ensuring that Qatar Airways Group's security training programmes meet world's best practice in their content and conduct.

About You:

We are looking for energetic and confident Trainers primarily with Aviation Security Training experience.

You must have a formal security qualifications preferably holding a degree in security management or similar areas. Having instructor certification from ICAO/IATA/Regulatory Authority is essential. Your well developed interpersonal skills and experience in working within a multi-cultural environment are crucial to your success in that role.
