Job Description:
The Guest Services Assistant/Executive is the main point of contact for our guests from arrival until departure, handling all enquiries throughout their stay in a friendly and efficient manner while always striving to exceed their expectations.
General Responsibilities Include:
- Gives a warm welcome to our guests upon arrival
- Takes payments from our guests upon departure and closes their bills correctly
- Sells rooms to walk-in guests at the highest possible rate
- Maintains the privacy of our guests and ensures that no guest details are disclosed
- Updates the PMS timely and correctly with guest information
- Completes check-in and check-out procedures as per the hotel standards
- Arranges guest amenities and inspects VIP rooms
- Interacts with guests in the lobby, directing them to their destinations and assisting them as best as possible
Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Highly customer service oriented
