Job Description:
The Bell Captain is responsible for creating a delightful arrival and departure experience from the time our guests step in and out of the car. The Bell Captain is also able to demonstrate the guest room features and technology, through knowledge of all the hotel’s products and services.

Qualification Standards:
Education: High school certificate or equivalent
Experience: Needs to have a minimum of one year experience at the Bell Desk of a five star luxury hotel, preferably in the United Arab Emirates.
Licenses or Certificates:
Grooming: All colleagues must maintain a neat, and well groomed appearance (specific standards will be provided)
