About the Job:
Representing the office of the cargo manager, You will be responsible to ensure efficient management of the entire officy by assisting the Admin coordinator \ Cargo Manager by providing general administrative and secretarial support in day-today functions. Promoting high standards of corporate values through correspondence, telephone and personal contact.
You will be handling confidential and sensitive issues, which require a high degree of discretion and tact.
About You:
You have a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience or 2-3 years in admin roles.
You will be a minimum diplomma or equivalent, certificate in secretarial procedure is preferred with excellent command of written and spoken English language. You must be computer proficient and well versed with MS Work, Excel and Power Point. Administration and Secretarial experience is required as well as your Customer Orientation. Any Airline/Cargo experience will be ideal.
You must have a minimum 5 years of experience in Cargo Administration, or within the general logistics industry. You must be well organized, have the capability to handle pressure, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You must currently be legally eligible to live and work in India.
