Do you have what it takes

In order to be considered for this role, you will have educated with appropriate professional qualifications and up to date professional knowledge. You will possess 1+ year in a similar position in 4 or 5 stars hotel.

You will have a high degree of ‘emotional intelligence’, remaining rational and calm under pressure as well as open-minded and excited by cultural and professional diversity.

An excellent communication skill in written and spoken English is a must. Additional language will be advantage.

Main key responsibilities:

1. To familiar with the hotel services and activities, so the guest consistently receives up to date and correct information.
2. To be fully responsible for all cash floats issued/used and for all transaction carried out during the course of the shift.
3. Ensuring all guest requests is entered into Guest Service Centre system immediately and correctly, able to give update of status of the request.
4. To maximize revenue by up selling.
5. To actively listen to guests at all times and to strive answer all questions and solve issues in a guest focused manner.
