About Your Job:

In this role as a Lead EFB Officer you will primary be in charge of performing EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) update and ensure that the configuration management of all EFB platforms is in accordance with the company policy and EASA regulations (AMC 20-25). You will also support the manager EFB systems in daily EFB administrative tasks. Assists the manager EFB systems in research and development of future EFB enhancements and technologies

You are also expected to monitor the Ground systems to ensure stability and accuracy and any shortfall performance is recorded and reported as appropriate

You will also be responsible for administer the Aircraft Configuration Management by tracking of each EFBs configuration as per continues Airworthiness requirements. 

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, science or Engineering. It is essential that you have hands on experience in administering either Boeing or Airbus EFB platform and iOS/WIN/Android is desirable.

You should have minimum 5 years of job-related experience with minimum 2 years experience from the Airline industry. You must possess excellent communication and analytical skills, exposure working with large multi-cultural workforce.
