About Your Job:

In this role you will work as a team member of Facilities Management Department providing Quantity Surveying related services reporting to Manager - Projects for the control and monitor of Projects to minimize the cost, enhance value for, while still achieving the required standards and quality and to achieve timely and successful delivery of Projects 

You will be involved from earlier stage of a Project which starts from the feasibility study, cost estimate, cost control until close out, i.e. final completion certificate and final payment. Also responsible for the full pre and post contract services including selection, appointment, management of consultants and contractors to carry out projects. 

About You:

You hold a Bachelor/Master Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Cost Engineering from an accredited internationally recognised University. You are member of the RICS/CIOB or other recognised professional membership bodies.

You have minimum of 8 years of multi discipline experience as Quantity Surveying Specialist in large construction projects preferably from the Clients side.
