About Your Job:
In this role you will be responsible for creating and maintaining RMS Business rules and data base according to the standards level agreements, operational standard engagement and HR rules. You must support operational department to deliver consistently high standard of operations in line with respective Customer airline Standard Ground Handling Agreements and Service Level Agreements.
Also you will be responsible for creating and updating Resource Management System Business rules for HR and GSE according to the approved figures, as well as ensuring that all engagement standards and scenarios are executed according to the KPI fixed by RMS team controller.
Further, you will be responsible for updating regularly the SOPs related to each process (long term planning, short term planning, and real time task allocation).
About You:
To be considered in this role you must hold a Bachelors Degree or equivalent and be experienced in RMS Setup. A minimum of 5 years of job-related experience required, of which 3 years in Real-time, Rostering or Planning position.
Good communication, Computer and planning skills, as well as Judgement & Analysis skills are essential requirements of the job.
