About Your Job:

You will be responsible for designing new processes and/or for optimising existing ones for the benefit of internal and external Stakeholders as required. Also includes reviewing existing QR Group processes & procedures for consistency and clarity.

You will support the development and/or optimization of processes leading to the implementation of continuous improvement projects and to the creation of stakeholders’ approved solutions. The roles will expand into couching and training work place champions delivering problem-solving sessions leading to tangible outcomes; aligning stakeholders’ approach to the overall Operational Solutions’ strategy; customising specific process development methodology and interventions in order to recognise and acknowledge stakeholders’ operational nuances.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years job-related experience, a bachelor’s degree and Lean Six Sigma qualification. You should have proven track record of first hand operational management in which continuous process design has featured as a key personal KPI. Operational and/or airport experience is highly desirable.
