About Your Job:

As Senior Manager Airport Development Planning you will act as the Business Single Point of Contact for Master Plan requirements & interfaces for Hamad International Airport / Airport City. You will align future HIA airport development phases with QR Group growth strategies, whilst meeting bespoke operational and commercial needs. You will ensure that all development opportunities are fully maximised and that Airport Master Plan becomes an integral part of HIA’s development and expansion. Additionally, the incumbent will support funding strategies for future developments dependent on a meaningful HIA Master Plan and Airport City Development.

The role reports to VP ORAT as a direct line; but also to QR-CEO on a regular basis

About You:

To be considered for this unique role you must hold a Master's degree in a relevent discipline, and critically have 7+ years’ experience at Senior Level whether within a complex airport environment or as a Consultant deployed in large airport developments

You must have an in-depth knowledge of an airport simulation tool and airport capacity planning techniques. Strong English communication skills are also essential to your success

It will be preferred if you have the proven knowledge of PEDROUTE (Pedestrian Simulation Modelling) and Virtual Reality Software, such as Superscape, Worlds Up, Corel Draw and Win Track.
