About Your Job:

In this role you will be responsible for Application installation, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting using log files. You should have knowledge on POS applications, workflow of System Support and at least one programming language (.Net or Java or PHP). You will perform system configuration, set up and ghosting. You should have basic working experience on networks (LAN, WAN, Connectivity), Windows 7 OS, Window servers and SQL-Server or Oracle.

About You:

To be successful in the role you must hold at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in either Computer Science or Engineering with 4 - 6 years of relevant experience. We are looking for someone with good communication skills with the ability to provide 24/7 support to the team. Certification on MCSE will be an added advantage.
