About Your Job:

As Senior Cargo Agent based in Istanbul, you will be responsible in generating maximum Cargo Sales in order to meet or exceed the set revenue/tonnage target for stations and to provide customer service in Sales & Operational areas liasing with Customers Gound handling agents at and with Head Office Doha, All Cargo Department.

You will assist customers / clients with all information related to booking / forwarding / delivery liaising with local ground handling agent and with head office cargo department to ensure a satisfactory service provided by the company. You will be required to maintain a close coordination between QR Space Control and customers by ensuring their shipments are transferred, delivered on time.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum High School education, with at least 2 years experience in a similar capacity.Exposure to Cargo operations, logistics and sales is desired. Knowledge in Cargo Marketing,Basic rating,Dangerous Goods Regulations is required with fair knowledge of IATA/TACT regulations.

You must have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, and a strong command of the MS Office Suite will be required. You must be legally eligible to live and work in Istanbul, Turkey (relocation assistance is not provided).
