Responsibilities:
- Liaising with other department functions on behalf of the department as required
- Filing and data management – accurate and concise in approach
- Taking minutes and creating action plan notes from meetings
- Working with your Buyer to manage key relationships by providing accurate information for meetings and events
- Liaising with suppliers on a day to day basis
- Inputting, amending and sending official orders
- Full understanding of the supplier manual to assist suppliers with packaging/labelling and any other queries
- Organising the Buyer’s diary & any other duties required.
