Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and update all store requests for reactive maintenance issues using the centralised tracker.
- Support the Property Manager in grading maintenance requests in order of urgency to allow for planning.
- Compare store maintenance request list and review against completed jobs by Maintenance Company. (Using job sheets and photos)
- Update Areas Managers and/or Stores with jobs to be completed for the week.
- Support Property Manager to address any urgent maintenance request (on occasion this may be outside of normal working hours)
- Support Property Manager to review Maintenance services and costs on a monthly basis.
