REQUIREMENTS:

• Release management in a retail environment
• Good knowledge of retail systems
• Experience working for a retail company within IT is desirable
• Collaborating with global cross functional teams
• Work well under pressure to deliver against deadlines
• Excellent communication skills- oral and written
• Ability to work independently
• Experience of working in a complex environment with multiple business units
• Expert planning techniques
• Expert reporting techniques
• Educated to degree level.
• ITIL qualified (preferred).
• Proven IT release management experience
• Broad understanding of setail store systems
• Demonstrable documentation skills, attention to detail essential
• Broad understanding of IT infrastructure and application technologies (Networking, IPT, POS, CRM, footfall, Audio Visual)
• Retail technology experience is preferable
• Good use of Microsoft Office applications and development tools.
