REQUIREMENTS:

  • Formal Project Management Qualification or equivalent experience (Prince2, MSP, MoP or equivalent)
  • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices in cross-functional projects and activities
  • Experienced in the identification, assessment and management of process improvements
  • Ability to distil complex problems and propose, communicate and drive solutions
  • Proven ability of driving change and leading transformational projects within a dynamic organisation
  • Proven business analytical skills and record of delivering superior results
  • Demonstrable collaboration and communication skills: team building, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, risk management, product management, negotiation & decision making
  • Strategic and end-to-end process thinker with proven experience in leading transformational change programs
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
