REQUIREMENTS:

- Educated to at least Bachelor's degree level.

- Demonstrates outstanding performance in Lean & Six Sigma methodologies through exceptional leadership and coaching.

- Lean Certification / Experience in a recognized leading industry/organization

- High level of self-awareness

- High level of passion/engagement

- Some experience in a product creation & innovation environment preferred.

- Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization whilst maintaining humbleness & diplomacy.

- Experience with tools such as VSM, PDCA, SMED, 5S's, POKA-YOKE, KAN BAN, etc.

- Ability to motivate others and enable them to achieve breakthrough results.
