Requirements:

• Experience of managing a fast-paced, high quality manufacturing facility
• Organized, efficient, self-motivated, solution-oriented individual
• Strong leadership qualities, but also works well as team member
• Excellent motivator
• Strong demonstrable negotiation skills
• Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
• Experience within the luxury industry is a benefit although not essential
• Practical experience of Continuous improvement methodologies, Lean, TPM etc….
