What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in related role with a proven track record
• Solid leadership and ability to interface between business partners and internal stakeholders
• Proven record and passion to lead partnership initiatives and developing/managing strategic accounts
• Enterprise software business development/sales experience
• Strong understanding and experience for the careers, education, and software/services markets and key players is preferred
• Technical aptitude to identify partner opportunities and integration; business aptitude to create win-win partnerships for long term success
• An entrepreneur to build out our partnerships team and set-up for global growth
• Ambitious, energetic, creative and passionate
• Excellent written and oral communication skills - via email, phone, WebEx, in person
• Experience in contract negotiation and influencing capabilities
