What We Are Looking For
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related role with a proven track record of success
• Possess a no-excuses attitude and never stop finding solutions - you’ll find a way or make one
• Experienced product marketer that designs, builds, and executes programs
• Natural problem solver with analytical approach who can navigate obstacles with confidence, efficiency, and agility
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with constant changes and deadlines
• Proven track record running growth oriented acquisition, community engagement, and earned media programs with an expertise in all things digital
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Experience in marketing mix including planning, execution, continuous iteration/optimization, digital, social, paid/owned/earned, influencer, email
• Previous experience in Education, youth marketing, B2B, and tech/startups is preferred
• Exceptional time management, communication, and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to pick-up and learn new technologies quickly
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
