Marketing Lead

Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Marketing Lead/Growth Hacker to lead our analytics-driven marketing program and join our small, high-performing team as we get the word out how we can help Canadians get in control of their debt. You’ll be responsible for:
• developing, executing and managing various digital and offline acquisition test and learn activities, and analyzing the effectiveness of these tactics 
• building on the results of the test and learn activities, developing a strategy for customer acquisition across both offline and online channels, and executing against that strategy
• analyzing the acquisition effectiveness of various channels under both digital and direct marketing strategies, specifically Cost per Acquisition and profitability by channel
• identifying customer personas and repeatable paths to reach them
• building a strong, positive brand that Canadians associate with financial responsibility and increasing awareness of the company brand through various channels including our blog
This is a hands-on position that will be supported by our branding agency and one other member of the team to start, with potentially other resources to be added to the team. 

Qualifications
• You have 6-10 years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas:
1. Inbound marketing, content creation and email marketing
2. Digital marketing and customer acquisition, including online advertising, SEO, Google Analytics and social media marketing
3. Offline direct marketing channels, such as direct mail
• You have very strong quantitative analytical skills and make data-driven decisions.
• You have good knowledge of the industry and strong relationships with relevant vendors.
• You pay attention to the details. You have good writing and proofreading skills.
