About Your Job:
As the Senior Sales Executive, you will work with the existing customer base and will generate and follow up on new leads in order to increase passenger traffic and sales to the Airways and to achieve performance targets set forth in the assigned territory. You will effectively communicate and present products and services to corporate accounts, retail travel management companies and other selected travel trade partners in the assigned territory. You will also develop a strategic and tactical sales plan to meet and then exceed established sales goals and analyse and interpret booking and revenue data to maximise revenues and identify new opportunities. In addition, you will generate passenger revenues, surpassing the allocated targets, protecting existing business and constantly exploits new opportunities whilst creating maximum awareness of QRs products and services.

About You:
To be successful, you will need a minimum of four years of job-related experience combined with a relevant Bachelor degree or equivalent. You will need a minimum of two years of direct sales experience gained in the airline or travel sector. Good knowledge of industry trends and customer requirements and the ability to build strong relationships with decision makers is key to your success in this role. Fluency in English and Italian (written and oral) is essential for this role.
