Requirements:

• Relevant recognised qualification e.g. MCSE, CCNA
• Working knowledge of ITIL
• Experience working as an IT specialist supporting global retail organisations and technologies
• Good knowledge of Retail systems, e.g. Epicor or Omnico
• Experience using SAP
• Generalist IT experience with a solid know-how across Windows and Apple end user platforms.
