About Your Job:

Working in the alongside an HR Business Partner within Cargo, you will provide professional Human Resources business partnership consultancy to the business unit. You will build relationships with key managers and leaders providing guidance, advice and coaching on all Human Resource practices, policies and procedures and contribute to the development and implementation of the Human Resource strategy in, organisational design, retention and reward and employment engagement.

Specific responsibilities of this role include performance management, remuneration, transfers and promotions, disciplinary and absence management. You will assist and participate in projects and initiatives and contribute to the development of standard procedures for HR activities and knowledge sharing processes.

About You:

We are looking for a Bachelor’s degree graduate with a minimum of 5 years of job –related experience. An advanced degree or recognised accreditation in Human Resources is preferred. You should have a working knowledge and good understanding of the best practice HR Management theories, proven people management skills including experience in employee relations.

We need a creative and innovative individual who has the ability to design new and effective solutions to enhance HR functions, a people person who has the ability to build relationships and work well across functions and an independent worker who can act independently and work with minimal supervision.
