About the Job:
You will be responsible to efficiently handle a team of assembly staff with regards to preset and assembling of meals for the flights and maintains exceptional standard of services within HACCP compliance.
You have to coordinate with internal (Dispatch, Production, Ware wash & Stores) customers as well as external (QR & Non QR) customers for easy and smooth functioning of the department. Ensures uninterrupted supply of essential equipments & products for daily operations.
About You:
You should be Graduate or equivalent with minimum of 5-years job related experience in required preferably at supervisory level.
Must have excellent knowledge about In-flight catering operations. Working knowledge of MS-office, excellent communications in English and HACCP knowledge are the basic requirement of this role.
