Document Services Team Leader

Required Skills and Qualifications 

Excellent Microsoft Windows - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook;
Good DTP skills – e.g. QuarkXPress 
Responsible for delivering the contracted service to exceed customer expectations;
Development of the document services team;
High Level Knowledge of Prisma Prepare and Prisma Access document workflow management system. Expertise and an ability to meet challenging goals, troubleshoot, update and provide basic training.
Produce Monthly production reports for Customers and CBS;
First line management of Document Services employees.
Sound working knowledge of Print equipment.

High level of understanding of all Microsoft Office programmes plus knowledge of Fiery command workstation advantageous
