About Your Job:

You will be responsible to contribute for overall productivity of Warewash section. You have to ensure washing of all offloaded equipment in the shift. You should be well versed with basic principle of Cleaning and Washing of over 150 types of equipment. You will lead a team of manual handling workers allocating them to right job, and monitor their performance. You will have to manage the resources and output. You will be asked to leads a bunch of smaller teams, from receiving to stripping, feeding in machine and manual cleaning etc. In this capacity you wil also generate considerable amount of documentation, from offload identification discrepancy shift report.

About You:

You should have high school qualification, Diploma in Cleaning and Housekeeping is an added advantage.

You should have minimum of 5 years work experience as a housekeeping/Dishwashing in-charge in hotel/catering industry. You should have an advanced level of working knowledge on chemical handling and commercial cleaning/dishwashing.

Knowledge of computer applications is an advantage.
