- Proven track record successfully managing outsourced/in-house service processes in the industry
- Understand service concepts and requirements for indirect channel and related challenges
- Experience in people management and in shaping a service organization
- Strong experience in reporting and analysis
- Sound IT education and experience
- Market as well as relevant product knowledge
- Fluent Business English, Russian language of advantage
