Responsibilities and Tasks
- To forge strong relationships with key decision makers in the account, as well as key subject matter experts internally.
- Design, develop and executive innovative account plans to support retail and ecommerce marketing activity to grow and excel current account budgets
- To be the thought leader in customer negotiation and influencing, to enhance brand visibility.
- Take ownership of product pre-disclosure and following account activity planning.
- Driving sell in through sell out
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in developing and growing key national accounts within the retail/FMCG industry sector.
- Experience of designing, developing and executing robust marketing account plans through various forms of campaigns – TV, ecommerce, seasonal promotions.
- Must have a sales background, ideally with a marketing background
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to challenge internally and externally as required.
- Online marketing experience to include Ecommerce – search. SEO, PPC
- In store activation, TV peak period marketing campaigns
- Problem solving, strong interpersonal skills, negotiation and influencing skills
- Project and contingency planning
- Strong analytical and excel skills
- Owning customer problems and developing solutions to complex issues, resulting in commercial decisions being made.
- Powerpoint to present to key decision makers and internal stakeholders
- Full driving license
