Responsibilities and Tasks
- Provide inventory report, notify manager if provision is required
- Monitor and analyse daily sales, make suggestions on replenishments
- Monitor and analyse stock allocations, make monthly purchase to CEBM
- Organise logistics, pricing and item code set up in system
- Co-ordinate with CEBM and local supply management with shipping schedule
- Handle day-to-day enquiries from NSO’s and other internal parties
- New product launch support and preparation of assets
- Copy writing and co-ordinate with web team for archives
- Co-ordinate with ad-hoc activities (tenders, presentation preparation, data collection)
- Calculator Catalogue co-ordination and development
- Periodic travel required within EMEA region may be required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A degree within the relevant discipline (Marketing/ Business etc)
- Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong IT Knowledge with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to thrive in a multi-cultural environment and respectful of cultural differences.
- A strong will to support calculator business.
- Fluent written and spoken English essential, other European languages or Japanese highly beneficial
