Responsibilities and Tasks
- To work with the NSOs to win new international and Global Services business in targeted accounts.
- Work proactively with the NSOs to identify and track sales strategies to win target accounts.
- To lead and track all activity in all target accounts in line with the Company Sales Process and the GAM pipeline process.
- To work with other regions to assist in new business opportunities – both inbound and outbound.
- To be the customer facing sales lead of CEL/GLOBAL SERVICES on all targeted new business opportunities.
- To make decisions on the sales propositions for targeted accounts – ensuring profitable wins for Company.
- To work with other Company divisions to develop detailed account plans and enable comprehensive Canon engagement.
- To work as the CEL sales lead on new business bids. Working with the bid team to deliver winning propositions.
- To work with CEL and NSO marketing to deliver Marketing Strategies for all target accounts.
- To work as part of the Global Services team (in CEL and Globally).
- To report on all progress in all relevant systems e.g. Sales Force
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Possess strong drive, determination and entrepreneurship
- Proven experience in selling complex solutions into major organisations at board level
- Sales Management Experience is a strong advantage
- Strong numeric and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills/awareness
- Displays a high level of initiative – must be a self-starter and results driven
- Highly organised – Able to prioritise workloads effectively according to deadlines and ROI
- Must be able to work and create results in a challenging matrix organisation – a natural leader able to drive and inspire people and teams across reporting lines and divisions
- Innovative – Thinks of new ways to improve efficiency and add value for customers
- Strong communication skills – must be able to present to a large audience
- Internationally aware – be able to work across borders if needed in project teams with multiple nationalities.
- Good written communication, Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Additional languages are a significant advantage
- English language - fluent
