Required Skills and Qualifications 

Have a thorough working knowledge of the common applications. 

Have working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite. 

IT knowledge will also extend to a variety of operating systems including windows 2K/2003, XP and Mac networks. 

To be familiar with file formats; PDF, TIF,ZIP, CGM, BMP, Postscript, JPEG etc... and with databases associated to the products, and enterprise level Document management Software products in Canon's portfolio (i.e.. ADOS, Teleform). 

Possess any necessary industry recognised certifications required in order to train on the software e.g.. planet press.

Ability to tailor courses to the customer requirements, train users on the tools and use these tools on a customers live network and devices. 

Be able to install software upgrades where necessary on a variety of platforms and set up configuration details that will enable the customer to get the best results from our products. 

Must have a full UK driving licence.
