Responsibilities and Tasks
Lead the design office team (with internals and externals) and take responsibility of the full IT design process, in taking the Business Process designs and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure Epics, User stories are recorded in an efficient, traceable and coherent manner
- Own user stories, prioritize, and drive sign-off on the scope
- Lead efforts estimates in sprint flow for all stories and help validate
- Translate business requirements to IT components covering Functional and Non-functional requirements
- Deliver high level functional designs of the components
- Support and input the Architecture team by participating in design authority meetings
- Deliver the design documents adhering to functional designs are in place for the domain
- Ensure the created designs are complete and correct and provide proposals to PM for priority of the components for development.
- Handover of designs and IT requirements to the IT Delivery responsible.
- Take appropriate actions with stakeholders to timely resolve design issues/topics in a collaborative manner.
- Provide weekly report on status of the designs in regards of the planned releases, completeness/quality etc.
- Ensure alignment to business objectives and architecture guidelines, compliancy and IT strategy
- Design and develop client strategies around content management solutions
- Lead assessment of content management stories with key stakeholders, which includes as is/to be designed sessions and documentation to enable solution development
- Contribute to business new demand aligning with Architect

- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Experience in handling functionality on multi-site capabilities
- Experience and Understanding of business process in marketing web site management
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Mid to senior level Project Management skills and experiences.
- Commercial awareness of key business drivers
- Understanding of key business processes, both digital and physical.
- Ability to articulate the value of better processes and Experience Design
