Responsibilities and Tasks
- Super-user of Oracle Discoverer / Business Intelligence, Purple O sell-out tracking and “early warning system”
- Prepare management information defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions
- Develop and maintain sales KPI dashboards and balanced scorecards
- Project manage reporting and intelligence projects whether self-developed or “outsourced” to other departments
- Consolidate and analyse customer profit contribution, account margin simulation and price tracking
- Take ownership of channel budget & forecast process
- Liaise with Customer Intelligence to produce forecast accuracy tracker
- Support for Channel Directors and European Account Directors
- Provide information/material (core presentations, documents etc) to European Account Directors to tailor for use with customers or other external/internal parties
- Project support as defined by line manager
Your success in the role will be measured by your ability to;
- Deliver regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Timely delivery of reporting tools and/or new reports
- Process and business improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor or University degree preferred
- Advanced knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, MS Visual Basic
- Proficient programming knowledge of SQL developer
- Basic knowledge of sales and sales channels
- Optional: Oracle ERP, Oracle BI, Salesforce.com, QlikView, Dataload
