About the Role

The purpose of this role to manage the Compliance Team, while assisting the Compliance Assurance Director in the delivery of all legislative documentation and activities pertaining to the Aerodrome Certificate at company. In order to ensure this happens safely and succesfully, it will be the responsibility of the individual in this role to ensure all airside activites are undertaken in a safe and secure manner, in line with all technical documentation relating to ICAO, GCAA etc.

About You

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be educated to a degree level, preferabbly holding a professional qualification relating to ICAO or similar field. You will have at least 5 years experience within the aviation industry. Practical, hands-on experience within Airside Operations and Airside Legislation at middle to senior management is mandatory. You will have sound knowledge of the technical manuals relating to this role, which include ICAO Safety Management, ICAO Certification of Aerodromes, Manual of Air Traffic Services etc. You will hold a valid light driving licence.

Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for an individual who is able to successfully manage change and lead through pro-activeness and self-initiation. Influence and negotiation is vital in order to succeed in this role.
