About the Role
The Head – Operational Design Logistics and Support Facilities is responsible to plan, manage and deliver the strategic brief and design development of all Logistics and Support Facilities related projects at company Logistics Development Programme.
Engagement of all relevant stakeholders during the design process to ensure that operational and capacity constraints are observed, compliance to design standards and codes requirement and process are achieved, with the final deliverable culminating in an endorsed end user brief and signed off design product.
About You
You will be degree qualified in a discipline related to Engineering, Construction or Project Management. With Post graduate or professional qualification preferably in associated design / development management field. You will have a minimum of 10 years in depth experience of the planning, design, procurement and construction of complex, time critical BHS, Cargo and Logistics programmes of work within a regulated, operationally constrained and on time performance focussed environment.
Registered as Chartered / Incorporated Engineer (or international equivalent) with an appropriate professional body. A Project Management qualification such as PMP or PgMT would be considered advantageous.
