The key objectives are to improve operating performance, boost customer experience and drive incremental revenue by embedding data in decision making across all levels of the organization. An offshore team based in Delhi, India will work closely with this group and support it with complementing skills and capabilities. * * *Role Overview* The team is currently looking for a well-rounded individual who has a passion for data and analytics. This entry level role will support the team in headquarters by gathering data, conducting analyses, verifying reports and assist in ad-hoc decision support. Excellent time management and communication skills are keys to success in this role. High-level responsibilities of the role include: * Gather and organize data from various sources and develop frameworks that assist with decision making * Assist in ad-hoc decision support and scenario analyses * Create and modify reports – take ownership of reporting structure and metrics in order to clearly and effectively communicate relevant information to decision makers * Build predictive models and analyze results for dissemination of insights to United leadership * Prepare presentations for United leadership and external stakeholders *This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Qualifications:*

*Education* * Bachelor's Degree required * MBA preferred *Knowledge/Skills* * Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint * Must be competent in querying and manipulating relational databases via Teradata SQL assistant, Microsoft SQL server, Oracle SQL Developer * Must be proficient in at least one statistical tool – SAS / R * Must be familiar with one or more reporting tools – Tableau / Oracle OBIEE / Brio / TIBCO Spotfire * Must be detail-oriented, thorough and analytical with a desire for continuous improvements * Must be adept at juggling several projects and initiatives simultaneously through appropriate prioritization * Exhibit written and spoken English fluency *Experience* * 1-2 years analysis experience preferred *Other* * Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship * Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications * Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
