About the Role
The Planning & Performance Manager – Resource Allocation will be responsible for developing and managing rosters for frontline operational staff, ensuring all leave and training requirements are met and ensuring our operation is resourced in the most efficient way. This include the oversight of directly and indirectly employed staff. The Manager will work in close cooperation with our Monitoring (AOCC) and frontline teams to engage key stakeholders and ensure the whole operation follows the plan.
The Manager will develop an approach to Resource Allocation that will allow all stakeholders to anticipate issues and resource bottlenecks, and have sufficient time to react.
About you
Qualification and Education:
Qualified to degree level with post graduate and/or professional qualification preferably in a numerical subject.
Experience:
At least 6 to 8 years’ experience in a research, planning or engineering role, with a significant amount of that time in the aviation sector. Demonstrable experience in developing and using simulation and/or planning tools. Proven project management skills. Proven experience in stakeholder management, especially at senior level. Strong influencing skills. Proven ability to communicate data and information in a manner that is readily understood by a wide audience of varied experience.
