About Your Job:

The role is specific to the administration and coordination of wired & wireless communication devices and services. You will be part System Support team providing administration and support to a variety of radio and telecommunications devices such as radios (RT), wireless scanners, cellular telephones, smartphone devices, tablets, radio headsets and other portable & fixed devices. You will be responsible for the coordination of installation, monitoring, setup and testing of the described systems. You will also maintain close relationships with other IT Departments and outside vendors, contractors, telecom service providers for the purpose of device configuration troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.

You will also be actively involved in evaluating the present and future IT needs and proposing and implementing solutions. You will be required to effectively liaise with internal and external IT stakeholders in case of communications systems breakdown to find a solution. You will conduct proactively routine checks of devices to ensure their serviceability and take necessary actions for faulty equipment.

Your work is reviewed for responsiveness to user needs, completion of work in a timely fashion, accuracy of maintained information, and results obtained.

About You:

You should be minimum graduate in IT-telecommunication field and have minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing communication devices related solution. Experience in the aviation or related domain is an advantage. You must have extensive knowledge of communication channels set up in radio telecommunication devices in order to maintain smooth communication in busy environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines is must. You are required to have the ability to document business needs, business cases and conduct analysis of system performance.

Proven influential and consultative approach, solution focus, and strong negotiation skills will be paramount.
