The purpose of the role is to ensure the quality of IT Customer Support activities for the ICT end-users/customers in terms of maintaining quality of hardware and software testing and distribution. Plan and supervise a team of Technicians in order to achieve the group’s and organisation’s objectives.
About You
The job holder will have a university Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering field or Information Technology with atleast 4 years expereince in IT Customer Service/Support, desktop/ inventory management and desktop performance monitoring tool.The job holder should be ITIL certified (foundation level) and Microsoft Certified.
