Job Description

Data Management

1. Perform basic data extraction, reporting and trend analysis of data
2. Support Sales & Marketing teams to provide insights and make data driven commercial recommendations
3. Generate regular management reports
4. Support ad-hoc analysis requests and provide analytical support
5. Design process improvements for data management and reports, including creation and execution of templates
6. Perform verification checks on statistical reports

Use of Systems

1. Perform duties as Local IT Coordinator, including access management, account maintenance and first-level troubleshooting
2. Resolve system issues related to MS Office and other in-house systems where required
3. Support local IT projects, including development, solutioning and UAT
4. Solve all IT and statistics-related matters (including escalated cases)
5. Manage 3rd party vendors, e.g. IT and facilities vendors

Business and Administration

1. Manage agency appointments and terminations in SMT
2. Work with Market Development Manager to formulate draft Agency Marketing Fund proposal and verify scheme and payments
3. Carrying out any other duties and projects as assigned.

Required Skills

You must have a diploma in in an IT and/or Statistics related field. You should also have advanced Microsoft office skills, particularly in Excel and expertise in IT troubleshooting.
