Job Description

 

Annual corporate giveaways project

1. Develop and refine design concepts for red packets
2. Support in the design and development of diaries, calendars and other standing giveaway items
3. Review current giveaways/source for new items & concepts for hospitality/events

Annual E-Greeting Cards project

1. Coordinate with selected vendors on conceptualization and designs
2. Oversee the production of e-cards and feedback issues to Executive in-charge
3. Coordinate with internal management for artwork approvals

Support and assist with events-related matters

1. Assist in the development of creative concepts for kapaline boards, banners, A-signs, stage, backdrop, giveaways
2. Manage in-house production of collateral (invite cards, name tags, place cards etc)
3. Coordinate with vendors for creative design/giveaways/posters etc.
4. Manage photography at events
5. Assist in other ad-hoc items

Assist and support Singapore Airlines stations/Head Office Brand with promotional work

1. Assist with design requests from Stations and Business Units. These requests may range from touch up, recropping of images and artworks, simple online banners, brochures, tent cards etc
2. Oversee the production of digital banners templates for marketing purposes
3. Prepare internal records/accounting to record time spent for stations/head office depts for recharge, including regular updates to head of department.
4. Archiving/record keeping of all HQ production work for reference
5. Coordinate with creative/event agencies for production as required
6. Simple video editing of short online videos as required

 

Required Skills

 

You must have a Diploma in Arts, Design or any other related discipline. You must also have at least 2 years working experience in a relevant area. You will be required to work with but not limited to:

• Adobe Photoshop and its suite of products
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Dreamweaver
• HTML
• Flash

 

You should also be well-versed in handling day to day design work such as:

• Artwork adaptation
• Artwork resizing and scaling
• Design conceptualization
• Artwork color proofing
