Job Description
You will be required to:
Meet the primary departmental KPI on global corporate accounts’ share of total corporate revenue by:
- Prospecting and acquiring new corporate accounts within the assigned industries
- Developing existing accounts with high potential to perform even better
- Nurturing existing accounts with lower potential today but may grow in size over time
- Responding timely and comprehensively to RFPs from new and existing accounts
- Using regular review sessions with existing accounts as a forum to discuss and improve sales performances of those accounts
- Actively contributing ideas to improve corporate sales efficiency and enhance corporate sales policies
- Proactively networking with Travel Management Companies and Global Corporate Travel Managers/Corporate Travel Managers to pick up market intelligence and competitor activities information
Meet the secondary departmental KPI on total corporate revenue’s share of total flown revenue by facilitating corporate sales across the network through:
- Active participation in the sharing of market intelligence, best practices and sales leads with other corporate sales staffs
- Developing corporate sales programs for local adaptation and implementation in the different POS
Participation in various Committees and/or as the Departmental Coordinator for various functional groups.
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager Corporate Sales from time to time
Required Skills
You must have a degree in a related field and have good business acumen. Experience in sales would be an advantage.
You will also be required to project manage and communicate with various stakeholders.
