The Steward Attendant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Stewarding team works tirelessly behind the scenes making sure that every piece of silver shines and every plate sparkles. Stewarding ensures that each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware and also keeps the kitchen and the “heart of house” clean and safe.
We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. Applicants must be comfortable around industrial size dish machines and have the ability to learn their operation. The Steward Attendant position is physical by nature and requires the applicant to be able to lift up to 50lbs. Repetitive motion and movements are essential functions of this position. The ability to safely utilize the proper cleaning and polishing solutions is also required. The Steward Attendant is in direct contact with the entire Stewarding and Kitchen team and strong communication skills are essential. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
